Class Policies & Event Rules

Age Requirement

• This is an 18+ event only.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for anyone consuming alcoholic beverages.

Alcohol Policy

• One complimentary drink is included with each ticket.
• Additional beverages may be purchased directly from Back Barn Brewing Company.
• Please drink responsibly.
• Back Barn Brewing Company reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at its discretion.

Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final.
• No refunds.
• No exchanges or transfers to another class or event date.
• If you are unable to attend, your ticket will be forfeited.

Arrival

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to check in and select your fragrance.
• The workshop begins promptly at 2:00 PM.

Late Arrival
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be permitted to participate, as important safety instructions and candle-making procedures will have already begun. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals.

Personal Property
Cute & Wicked Candles and Back Barn Brewing Company are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Right to Refuse Service
Cute & Wicked Candles and Back Barn Brewing Company reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. Guests removed from the event will not receive a refund.

Candle Making Safety

• This workshop involves working with hot melted wax and heated equipment.
• Safety instructions will be provided before the class begins.
• All participants are expected to follow instructor directions throughout the workshop.

Fragrance Sensitivities

This workshop uses highly concentrated fragrance oils throughout the class. If you have fragrance allergies, asthma, respiratory conditions, or sensitivities to scented products, we do not recommend attending this event. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own discretion. Cute & Wicked Candles and Back Barn Brewing Company are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from exposure to fragrance oils.

Finished Candle

Your candle will require cooling time before it can safely be taken home. While it cools, relax, enjoy your complimentary drink, and spend time with friends in the welcoming atmosphere of Back Barn Brewing Company.

Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used by Cute & Wicked Candles and Back Barn Brewing Company. 

Liability

By attending this workshop, participants acknowledge that candle making involves hot wax, heated equipment, glass containers, and fragrance oils. By purchasing a ticket and participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity and agree to follow all safety instructions. Cute & Wicked Candles and Back Barn Brewing Company shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, allergic reactions, or losses arising from participation in this event, except as required by applicable law.

Event Cancellation

Cute & Wicked Candles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this event due to severe weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled by the organizers, guests will receive the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.
