PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for processing, depending on the size of your order. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
Shipping rates vary by location and delivery typically takes 2–8 business days.
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday only to help prevent candles from sitting in warm delivery trucks over the weekend.

LOCAL PICK-UP
We’re happy to offer local pick-up at 163 Main Street, Esperance, NY 12066.

To ensure the best experience, all pick-up orders must be scheduled during our operating hours. Wednesday - Friday from 12PM to 5PM and Saturday from 11AM to 4PM.

Once you receive a confirmation email stating your order is ready for pick up, be sure to have that available for staff to confirm upon arrival.

Please note: As all items are handmade and made to order, refunds will not be issued for orders that are not picked up within the 7-day window.
